Tradera messaging is our on site communication tool for buyers and sellers.
How does Tradera Messaging work?
Use the function “Ask the seller a question” in the seller’s active listing. Nothing has changed here.
The recipient receives a message in the app and on the website. He or she also receives an email copy, reminding him or her there is an unread message.
The recipient answers in the app, on the website or directly in the sent email copy.
All of your Tradera communication is gathered in one place, making it more manageable.
Naturally you can send and receive messages on your computer and on your tablet or mobile phone!
