I haven’t received my winning email

You will always have access to the same information contained in the winning email on My Tradera – My Purchases or my sold items. At the auction in question, click “More” and choose “Show order confirmation”.
Is the correct email address listed on your account? You can control this on My Tradera - Settings.
If you’ve submitted the correct address, failure to deliver a winning email can often be attributed to the settings for junk email in your email client. Check the trash folder in order to make sure the email has not ended up there. If you still can’t find the winning email you may need to tweak your settings regarding junk email. Please add our domains @tradera.com and @tradera.se as trusted senders.
