The buyer is not satisfied with the item. What should I do?

Contact the buyer and find out what he or she is dissatisfied with. Talk to the buyer and try to arrive at a mutual solution that benefits both parties.

The buyer has a right to an item that corresponds with what was described in the listing and the pictures. If you as a seller have delivered this, you are not obliged to accept a buy-back.
