If you enable the Buy Now-function on your auction it will, in addition to a starting price, also have a fixed price. Prospective buyers can then choose to buy it directly instad of bidding. 

Please observe that your Buy Now-price disappears as soon as somebody places a leading bid on the auction. The possibility of buying the item at a fixed price is no longer available, as the auction returns to normal.
