We recommend you getting in touch with the buyer through email or telephone. You will find the buyer’s information in My Tradera – Sold and Show order confirmation. Have a polite discussion with the buyer and arrive at a joint solution that benefits both parties.
Should you, regardless of email and telephone calls to the buyer, fail to get a response, meaning no deal, you as a seller can report the listing as unpaid. This will result in the fee getting credited as well as a report against the buyer.
