What payment options have Tradera's buyer’s protection?

Updated

What does buyer’s protection imply?

Buyer’s protection means that the buyer may receive a refund if something should happen in the business transaction. If the item does not arrive, or if it is broken or faulty, the buyer (you) may initiate a dispute with the respective payment intermediary who may assist you further with the case. If you have chosen a payment option without buyer’s protection we recommend you initiate a dialogue with the seller in order to find a joint solution.

You may read more about starting a dispute here.

Buyer protection is always mandatory when buying at Tradera unless you have a Swedish account
