I cannot get in touch with the seller

If you cannot get in touch with the seller after an expired listing, we recommend first and foremost that you try to get in touch via Tradera messaging. You can find the seller’s information in My Tradera – My purchases. Click on “More options” and choose “contact seller”. 

Should you fail to get in touch with the seller within a reasonable timeframe, this may grant you the right to refrain from the purchase. If you have more questions, please get in touch with Customer service.
