I have not received my item
Letters or packages not delivered to the receiver is a rare occurrence. If you are waiting on a delivery and have already paid – always contact the seller in order to find out what has happened.
Verify that your payment has been received by the seller. Also check that the seller has received the correct delivery address.
When buying from a private seller, the shipper is responsible for delivering the item to the submitted address. When the seller has posted the package, he or she has fulfilled his or her part of the deal. Tradera recommends using traceable parcels with ID numbers or a receipt in order to prove the item has been delivered to the shipper. If that is the case, you can always trace the delivery on the shipper’s website.
Have you bought something from a business? The responsibility for shipping lies with the seller. In that case, you can get help from the Swedish Consumer Agency.
In order to avoid misunderstandings, telephone contact with the seller is recommended. You can find the seller’s contact data i My Tradera – My purchases.
In My Tradera there is also the option of submitting a complaint regarding items that have not been delivered under the “More” tab on the ad in question. Choose the option “Anmäl utebliven vara”.
If you’ve used one of our integrated payment options there is also the possibility of submitting a complaint regarding a missing item as well as claim a refund.
