After all closed deals, the seller and the buyer have the option of reviewing their counterpart. This enables other users to see how you’ve managed earlier deals. Having good reviews increases the chances of getting your items sold! 

When leaving a rating, you have the option of choosing between a good and a bad one. There is also the option of leaving a comment (up to 80 characters) where you describe your experience. 

Leaving a negative rating is a rare occurence and may happen when the deal ended badly, for instance: If you could not get in touch with or get your payment from the buyer or if you the buyer did not get your item. 

We always recommend that you hold of on leaving a negative review until you've contacted the other person.

A rating/comment is always the view of the particular member and may not always correspond objectively with reality.
