Is the review positive or negative? 

A negative rating – There are two ways to revoke a negative review. The easiest way is to do it yourself through the function “Mutual revoking of rating”. You can find the function through your review site, next to the received or posted negative rating. You can also contact our Customer service in order to receive help with removing a posted rating. 

A positive rating – As a general rule, positive reviews are not removed. If the buyer and the seller have mutually agreed to remove a positive rating, it may be removed. Borth parties have to contact our Customer service to get assistance with this.
