The only cases in which we can remove a negative rating is if the person who posted it approves, or if the rating is in violation of our rules. 

In order to get in touch with the member who’s left a rating you can use the contact information included in the winning mail you’ve received or by Traderas messaging service. The contact information is also available on My Tradera. 

In order to remove a positive rating we need the approval of both parties.
