What is Silent mode?

Silent mode suits professional sellers that answer buyers' questions directly via the e-mail client. If you have silent mode on, you won't see badges with the number of new messages inside your profile. This number can be incorrect for you who manages the communication via e-mail, as it does not reset when you reply from the e-mail client.

If you have the Tradera app, no push notifications will be sent when you have silent mode on.

Silent mode is selectable only for those with a Business account.
