In order to add a template, enter Create new product and Description. In the menu Object template, pick the template you want to use.

Please observe that the template you pick will be displayed as the description for the item and completely replace the text you might enter in the panel named Product description.

If you want a template that is only part of your object description and where you can add new text that is not part of the template, use the variable !OBJEKTBESKRIVNING at the top of your template. You can add this when creating the template in Settings / Object template. All the text you enter under Product description will be added at the top of your listing, and your template will be added below it.
