How do I set the status to display my orders correctly? (Sello)

In order for the status of the order processing to be correct it is important you choose the right settings for the status depending on in what phase of the processing it will be used.
An order consists of a couple of steps in Sello from the point at which an item is bought.
The order is active/processing
The order is active/processing and paid
The order has been delivered
The order has been delivered and paid
For example: An order processed with PayPal will automatically get the status Payment received. If you change the status it is important it reflects the fact that the order has been paid. Subdivide your statuses by color so that you have an overview of pending orders.
