How do I respond to a dispute as a seller?

You can respond to an active dispute through My Tradera. More information about the active dispute is provided next to the listing in question. If your account has been suspended you can respond to an active dispute through the link provided in the email that you’ve received. If you have not received the email we recommend that you check your junk folder or contact our Customer service. 

In the dispute communication you may submit requested additional information or other information that rebuts your counterpart in the dispute. If you experience problems submitting this information you can contact our Customer service and we’ll help you.
