How do I initiate a dispute?

If you’ve paid using Tradera Payment and not received the item or if the item differs substantially from the description you have the possibility of initiating a dispute in My Tradera. Click the “More” tab on the listing in question and choose “Report missing item”.
The dispute can be initiated within 30 days of the end of the listing.

From there you can initiate a dispute. The first step in a dispute is always the possibility of you and the seller trying to solve the dispute together. Most problems can be solved when buyer and seller have direct contact. Messages submitted in the dispute will be sent to the seller who is encouraged to answer them. Should you not find a mutual solution or if the seller does not respond you have the possibility to escalate the dispute to Tradera. We will then take control of the matter and decide in the dispute.

If you’ve paid using Klarna or PayPal you will have to contact them in order to initiate a dispute.
