If an account has been deactivated the text above will be displayed on the member’s feedback site.

When the text is displayed on a gray background the account may be deactivated because the member has chosen to terminate it, that there may be unpaid invoices or that the account has been temporarily deactivated due to other reasons.

When the text is displayed on a red background the reason may be that the member has broken Tradera’s rules, received too much negative feedback or that Tradera is unable to verify the account’s personal data.

Tradera can never disclose information as to why an account has been deactivated, but we can always provide advice and recommendations if you should close a deal or not.
