I have paid my invoice, but it is listed as "unpaid"

If more than 5 workdays have passed since you paid your invoice and it still is listed as “unpaid” you need to check your payment in order to make sure you’ve entered the correct OCR number and paid the correct recipient. There is also the option of contacting our Customer service chat for additional help.

In order for us to help you in an efficient manner, please state the following:

  1. Dated and time of payment 

  1. Exact amount 

  1. Payment option - (Swish, credit card or through bank) 

  1. The account number (or e-mail) the payment was issued to 

  1. The reference entered along with the payment
